Before establishing her own family law firm, Diana C. Schimmel served as the interim law clerk to Judge Donna M. Woelpper in the Family Court of Philadelphia, Juvenile Dependency Branch, and worked as a child advocate attorney for the Defender Association of Philadelphia in its Child Advocacy Unit. Diana C. Schimmel is sensitive to her clients' needs and works to ease their anxiety. Diana C. Schimmel has been selected as a Rising Star in the Philadelphia metro area three years in a row. She has also received the prestigious "Lawyers on the Fast Track" award from the Legal Intelligencer as one of its youngest recipients in 2014. Whether in the courtroom or out, she always strives to resolve matters as effectively as possible.

Having experience as a judicial law clerk and as an attorney with other firms, Melinda M. Previtera has now joined forces with Diana C. Schimmel to provide clients with quality, sophisticated and experienced family law representation. She received her law degree from Rutgers School of Law, and is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Selected as a Rising Star in the metro area in 2016, Melinda was also named by the National Advocates as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Attorneys in the state of Pennsylvania. Melinda is focused on her clients and pursuing resolutions to their cases through a variety of methods, including mediation, where she is particularly insightful, having been certified in mediation during law school.
